Please be informed that various fraudulent phishing domains have recently been created to spread disinformation via social networks and messaging platforms regarding the provision of state-funded targeted social assistance. Specifically, fake websites are being created by impersonating the "myGov" portal—operated by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. These sites aim to illegally obtain citizens' personal data, including identity information, user accounts, and bank card details.

The Computer Emergency Response Center (hereinafter the Center) of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan has identified several such fraudulent domains and, in cooperation with relevant authorities, ensured their blocking nationwide. Furthermore, these fraudulent domains have been published through the Center's “Blacklist.gov.az” platform.
We recommend that citizens report any detected fraudulent domains to the Blacklist.gov.az platform, which is designed to protect citizens from phishing sites. To stay protected, we also encourage users to utilize the platform's browser extension and remain vigilant against suspicious websites and links.
