The Malware Research Laboratory (MRLab) of the Special Communication and Information Security State Services (SCISSS) continues investigations into cyberattacks executed via “Telegram.”
At present, MRLab has taken control of 112 fake domains and 18 IP addresses associated with the cyber operation. The activity of these resources is being investigated, and the extent of their impact on users is being assessed.
